Erica serves as one our internal support team. She provides Helm Support for the TBS staff ensuring that we all have what we need to support our customers. Erica ensures that all of our HelmCONNECT customer environments are always up-to-date. Erica also serves as our Dispatcher for the field auditors and surveyors.
