Chris is one of our internal support people. He is one of team of four who provides 24/7 support to our Helm customers. Chris is also a system trainer, travelling to vessels throughout the country to train crew on Helm CONNECT. Prior to coming to TBS, Chris has been in high end customer service for over a decade, along with training and implementation for a SaaS company for the past 3 years. Chris has trained thousands of people to develop the skills necessary to get the job done and will not quit until he finds the way that best works for you to learn the task at hand.
