Shelley is part of the internal support team serving as a Compliance Specialist as well as the Accounts Receivable Manager. She works with all of our customers to ensure we are invoicing correctly and that prompt payment is received. She also provides Helm support for our customers and provides the binders for the companies that are still using our paper-based system. She also audits all the paperwork from our paper-based customer vessels. Shelley provides support for the TBS staff ensuring that we have what we need to support our customers.
